Big Sur is one of those places that you read about as a kid and which seems fictional. Then you visit the place, spend a week there getting lost on hikes and driving through terrain which seems otherworldly and although it’s right in front of you, it can still feel unreal. This was taken using a 4x5 film camera on black and white film in the spring of 2014.

Each print is made on Hahnemühle archival photo rag and will be numbered and signed.
